YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop the service network for Kuenz industrial products in North America.
- Manage a team of 10-12 implementing the service strategy and processes within the team.
- Develop and improve professional relationships with customers in the various industries.
- Responsible to negotiate contracts, issue quotes, orders, invoicing etc.
- Plan and organize service project and maintain client communications.
- Ensures systems and software are implemented, utilized and used in accordance with the service processes, team provides technical support to customer.
- Achieves and monitors performance targets, performs revenue forecasts and contributes to business planning.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You should have 5 years of experience installing and commissioning heavy industrial machinery.
- An additional 2 years of maintenance/mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment would be a plus.
- Your willingness to travel to visit customers in the U.S., Canada and South America. (services/sales or technical support) is at 30 %.
- You will bring experience working with technical product documentation systems.
- You have proven skills in the practical application of engineering and technology in the maintenance, fabrication and installation of heavy industrial equipment.
